Our Story
We started in 2021 as a catering company and have since expanded to include both a food truck and a mini charcuterie cart, thanks to growing demand.

Everything we create is inspired by our many travels to Mexico over the past 10 years, where we fell in love with the vibrant flavours, fresh ingredients, and joy of sharing food.

To reach an even broader audience, we've also introduced our charcuterie cart, offering a unique plant-based experience for any occasion. We're proudly 100% plant-based. Our founder has been vegan for nearly 30 years, and that passion is at the heart of everything we serve.

Over the years, we've had the pleasure of catering at some of Denmark's biggest events, including

Copenhell, Ringsted Festival, Musik i Lejet, Folkemødet, Vi Elsker, the UCI Cycling World Championships (through Dansk Cykel Union), Sparta events, Royal Run, the Copenhagen Marathon, Musicon and most recently, Roskilde Festival among many more.

We were especially honoured when Roskilde Festival 2026 selected us to cater for the festival's international headlining artists.

We've also worked closely with several Danish artists, providing
nourishing, satisfying meals during intensive weeks in the recording studio before they headed out on tour.

In addition, we've catered at a number of red carpet events, including movie premieres for SF Studios.
